Although it’s been a challenge to keep up with high demand, we are doing everything we can to help our customers get the food and supplies they need.
Our associates and suppliers are working around the clock to keep our shelves stocked. But due to high demand, we may run out of items at certain times.
We sincerely thank you for your patience as we work through ways to ensure we have enough product during this time.
Manufacturers have instituted nationwide limitations on a number of products, that means sometimes, we can’t always get enough to meet demand.
As a result, we currently have limits in place for many items and are asking customers to be mindful when they shop.
We ask all customers to consider their minimum needs and the needs of others within their community when buying items that are in limited stock and high demand.
Let’s all do what we can to take care of each other and help our neighbors through this challenging time.
While our stores are open to everyone, seven days a week, we’re also carving out extra time for those that need it most. Customers over the age of 60 or with a weakened immune system are invited to shop daily from 6 am – 7:30 am.

Pickup service is available at select stores to provide you with additional options for getting the food and supplies you need. Visit stopandshop.com to see available options in your area.
Stop & Shop has altered its Pickup policies with associate and customer safety in mind. Customers are asked to have their trunk or door open for associates to place groceries directly into their vehicle. Customers are also encouraged to wear masks and limit the number of people in their vehicle, when possible. In addition, all Stop & Shop Pickup associates will be wearing masks and follow all of the same sanitizing precautions as its in-store associates, including surface sanitization and regular hand washing.

To keep your family safe, we offer the option to have your driver leave your order on your doorstep for you to collect right away. Drivers will always take safety precautions and leave the bags on your doorstep or building entrance, ring your doorbell or buzzer and practice social distancing while you collect your groceries. We advise everyone to retrieve their delivery as soon as possible so as not to compromise quality or safety.
